Position Overview: Litigation Legal Assistant with at least three years of law firm experience to join a boutique law firm located in Atlanta, GA with a national practice. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, ensuring the efficient operation of our litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in the litigation department.
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
• Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling court dates, depositions, and client meetings.
• Maintain and organize client files and case documents, both electronically and in hard copy.
• Coordinate the service of process and filing of court documents.
• Assist with document production and discovery, including the collection, review, and organization of documents.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients, court personnel, and other parties.
• Conduct basic legal research and compile relevant information as directed.
• Prepare and submit expense reports and manage billing and invoicing tasks.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the litigation team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience working in a law firm, preferably in a litigation department.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
