The Total Rewards Specialist will drive the strategy and execution of Quest Comp and Benefits Programs . This role will partner with the VP of HR and Finance in delivery of benefits, wellness, leave, and compensation initiatives, serving as the main point of contact for these areas.
Key responsibilities also include HRIS and records management, 401(k) administration, policy implementation, intranet site management, leave administration, compliance reporting (EEO, ACA, OSHA), and partnering for support of M erit and B onus cycles.
By partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Specialist ensures our Total Rewards align with company goals to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
