Qualifications/ Job description & Criteria
Preferred yrs of exp : 9-10 yrs.
AMS Layout engineer, having experience in high speed modules/chip tops of SerDes, data converters (ADC/DAC), PHY, PLL, etc. across a range of tech nodes (especially advanced nodes from 7nm - 3nm)
Excellent understanding of CMOS / Bi-CMOS / SOI / FinFET processes, Analog Layout concepts (e.g. Matching, Electro-migration, Latch-up, Coupling, Crosstalk, IR-drop, Active and Passive parasitic devices etc.)
Experience in AMS IP integration/full chip as per Analog layout Flow/methodology.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills in terms of Layout issues, bugs, verifications.
Experience in Cadence/Synopsys/Siemens tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to mentor & guide team members in execution of Layout and responsible for on time and quality of team deliverables.
Good to have: Automation skills
