Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) I & II openings– Serving children ages 2-17 .Pay rate differs depending on experience level. Full-time and part-time RBT I openings. Candidate compensation range, $18.00 - 21.00 (Current openings include Quest Kids Academy and Quest Kids Lake Mary locations). Full-time RBT II openings, candidate compensation range $21.00 - 24.00 (Current openings include Quest Kids Winter Park location). Who are you?Registered Behavior Technician I candidates are new to the field and are seeking further experience. Must feel comfortable working in center or at Quest Kids Academy setting. Registered Behavior Technician II candidates must have experience effectively communicating with parents and caregivers. The individual in this role will work in both clinic and community settings and must feel comfortable working independently. Why are we different?
We protect our RBTs through scheduling considerations, including regular rotations on high decel cases, 1-hour lunch unpaid breaks, paid office time, PTO policies and more.
Our BCBAs are experienced and available. RBTs get supervision, guidance and relationship building from quality clinicians. We ensure RBTs have an approachable and accessible support system when providing services for our families.
At Quest we trust our RBTs and keep free from strict requirements, providing training that leads to autonomy in their role. Our RBTs ideas are heard and included by their BCBAs and are encouraged to use their training to drive their sessions.
