Job Overview:
We are seeking a marketer specializing in locating vending machine and micro market spots, your role will involve identifying prime locations for placing machines and markets. You will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying high-traffic areas, negotiating with property owners or managers, and securing contracts for vending machine placement. Your primary goal will be to find suitable locations that ensure high visibility and foot traffic to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations for vending machines.
- Reach out to property owners or managers to propose vending machine or micro market placement.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts for placement.
- Secure signed contracts for locations.
- Maintain relationships with property owners/managers to ensure contract compliance.
- Provide regular updates and reports on location acquisition progress.
Requirements:
- Must be local to the designated area.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with the vending machine industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to meet with clients in person to discuss vending machine placement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners or managers through direct interactions.
Compensation:
- $1,000 per signed contract for vending machine or micro market location secured.
- You will also be entitled to a monthly commission based on the net sales for every vending machine and micro-market placement you secure.
