Quick Hire is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Resource Coordinator. As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for hosting job fairs, conducting interviews, and visiting client sites. This position is a contract position and will require 8 to 10 hours of work per week.
Organize and host job fairs to attract potential candidates - Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for available positions - Visit client sites to understand their hiring needs and provide support in sourcing candidates - Work closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless recruitment process - Collaborate with the office administrator to maintain accurate records and documentation
Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Must live in Michigan.
