QUICK HOLDINGS LLC is Hiring an Order Processor Near Denver, CO

Description

The Order Processing Associate will batch, print, and confirm orders received into database system daily to increase efficiency on the Production floor. 

1. Order Processing analyzing order volume to create batches that increase efficiency on production floor.

2. Process orders with minimal errors to support production process. 

3. Troubleshoot and resolve problems to ensure client needs are met. 

4. Provide production lead real time support for problems incurred on the production floor while packing orders. 

5. Ensure data integrity of orders and supporting processes. 

6. Identify areas of process improvement to streamline functions within the order processing department. 

7. Implement the process of batching orders, printing orders, correcting bad addresses, and confirming orders and reporting out daily progress in End of Day reports. 

8. Utilize the database system 3PL to process orders and track them throughout the order processing process. 

9. Utilize the labeling system of ADSI to print and monitor order labeling process. 

10. Maintain equipment in order processing department. 

Schedule: Tues-Fri 4:30AM-3:00PM

Requirements

1. Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer. 

2. Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment. 

3. Standing: Must be able to stand for shift duration. 

4. Walking: Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties.

5. Mobility: Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery. 

6. Sitting: Must be able to sit for shift duration. 

7. Stooping, Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods of time. 

8. Lifting: Must be able to lift 30 lbs – 50 lbs. 

9. Hand Mobility: Must be able to have mobility in hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and utilize phone systems.
