Quick Med Claims is Hiring an Implementation Coordinator Near Pittsburgh, PA

DescriptionThis is a 100% Remote Position.Quick Med Claims (QMC) is a nationally recognized leader in emergency medical transportation billing and reimbursement. The Implementation Coordinator (IMPC), reporting to the Director of Implementation, is key to ensuring a positive and successful implementation experience for all clients. The IMPC is responsible for the integration of electronic patient care reports and other core areas of implementation including clearinghouse setup, payment processing, client form creation and delivery operations.
The IMPC works primarily with new clients and assists established ones when needed. The IC is always driven to deliver a client experience that supports QMC’s vision to be the trusted partner of choice that 100% of our clients would recommend to a friend or colleague.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for capturing and distributing meeting minutes, documenting billing and collection polices, and updating client information across QMC systems.
  • Communicates proactively and collaborates with other departments across the QMC.
  • Creates and ensures quality of documentation and execution for all processes the IMPC oversees.
  • Coordinates the setup of payment processing platforms for credit card and check processing.
  • Responsible for the integration and tracking of clients’ electronic patient care reports including monitoring communications from ePCR vendors.
  • Creates standard and custom client forms and obtains all required client approvals.
  • Ensures all tasks are completed successfully and on time.
  • Ensures processes that are assigned to the IMPC are documented correctly and followed accurately.
  • Continuously seeks professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and RCM best practices in the EMS community, especially related to the core implementation areas.
RequirementsEducation:High School Diploma required.
ExperienceAssociates/Bachelor's degree Preferred
  • 2 years of Revenue Cycle Management with EMS experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in RCM, experience as an implementation coordinator or in an administrative position is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Proven track record of cultivating and valuing long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
Licenses, Certifications & Clearances
  • Valid Driver’s License
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally.
  • Must be a problem solver with strong analytical skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of electronic patient care reporting systems & integration solutions.
  • Project management & implementation process experience.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, independent thinker capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of billing/ customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience.
