Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategies for gathering and managing supply chain data.

• Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement within the supply chain.

• Review and analyze gathered data to identify weak points in the supply chain process and develop solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Plan and execute projects aimed at optimizing the supply chain.

• Analyze various factors such as blanket PO size, delivery schedules, production schedules, installation schedules, and online sales trends to reduce inventory balance.

• Develop tools to eliminate obsolete inventory.

• Manage the online store and utilize data and reporting to make merchandise recommendations.

• Identify the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.

• Evaluate vendor operations, such as freight forwarders, based on quality standards.

• Contribute to building trusted relationships with business partners.

• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement efficient systems.

• Monitor key performance indicators and provide reports on supply chain performance.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record in a Supply Chain Analyst position, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in data mining, analysis, and reporting.

• Knowledge of supply chain processes.

• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
