Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support. They will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. Our company slogan is "Leave It Better," which shines a light on our approach to customer service. Our team is proactive, empathetic, and hyper-focused on communication. Our CSRs are a core element of the Quick Trip Sales Team, and the first personnel to be considered for Account Manager positions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries
- Ability to work respectfully with all internal support teams
- Knowledge of logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
