QuickChek is in growth mode! This position prepares qualified candidates for a current or future Food Service Manager position. The Food Service Manager is an integral part of QuickChek’s Fresh Food business. Expectations include ensuring the profitability of the food service and service beverage departments through effectively and efficiently leading a team to deliver Total Customer Dedication to our customers. The Food Service Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profit goals as well as maintaining control over perishable inventory while ensuring all safety and operating procedures are followed.
Training: This position requires the successful maintenance of high-performance standards during the specified training period. This will coincide with participation in a variety of learning activities and training disciplines designed to prepare for achieving Food Service Manager “ready” status. Only those with a "ready" status will be considered for promotion to a Food Service Manager position opening. If requirements are not met following training, there will be a reevaluation and/or a demotion in position and pay.
