Description
Quidient is seeking a Manager for its Desktop Group with experience in
developing 3D applications. You will be working collaboratively with cross-
functional teams, building an enterprise-level infrastructure for desktop
applications that run on top of Quidient’s Scene Reconstruction Engine.
You will be a quick thinker with excellent time-management skills, and
strong collaborative skills. This position is full-time, hybrid, and reports to
Quidient’s CTO and Director of Software Engineering.

• Experience building and delivering desktop applications in Windows

• Strong programming skills in C

• Experience with designing and developing application-level B2B or B2G

• Experience developing 3D graphics, video game, CAD, or related

• Meet Quidient, customer and government security requirements,

• Live within easy commuting distance of our Technology Center in

• Proficient developing UI in Python

• Experience directly or indirectly in Property & Casualty insurance

• Experience with API-first, platform companies

• Experience working for early-stage startups (Series A or earlier)

• Experience with scene reconstruction in automotive, healthcare, body,

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $195,000. Quidient benefits
currently include Health Insurance, 401K plan, basic life insurance, long-term
disability insurance, supplemental insurance, Holidays, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
Title, bonuses, equity, allowances, and benefits commensurate with
education, experience, and other qualifications.
