Currently seeking a Restoration Mitigation Production Manager (New Jersey)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restoration Mitigation Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of restoration mitigation projects. They will coordinate and manage the team, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and monitor project progress. The Production Manager will also be responsible for creating project schedules, managing budgets, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience 5 years in restoration mitigation projects and project management
• 2 years in Fire restoration specifically
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• FRST Certification a must
• Franchise experience preferred
