Job Title: SFDC DevOps Lead

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid- 3-4 days onsite)

• Overall 8 years, minimum 4 years of CI/CD managing experience
• Implementing scalable solutions including continuous delivery, optimisation, monitoring, release management and support of the end-to-end release process.
• Strong Flosum tool experience managing the CI/CD using GitHub tools
• Managed entire CI/CD implementation end to end using Flosum, GitHub
• Mandatory experience in managing the Salesforce application using CI/CD
• Ensure all Salesforce updates made seamlessly move from development through staging to production.
• Having good understanding of Sandbox managemenet(refreshing sandboxes, performing post refresh activities etc..)

• Experience in Salesforce admin concepts.
• Monitor the performance of Salesforce applications and identify areas for improvement by working with Salesforce support team.
• Granting access to Salesforce orgs based on requirement.
• Data load and verification of data through data loader and equivalent tools
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as they work closely with developers, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
• Handling monthly call with the Flosum product team and updating the new features for better upgrade and management
