It is a very exciting time of growth for Quisitive, and we are currently seeking a customer service-focused, experienced Program Coordinator with a passion to drive process, consistency and communication in support of successful Program delivery for our clients. This position will work independently or in partnership with a Program Manager in the initiation, planning, execution (including managing and controlling) and closure of Programs within the established scope, budgets and timelines. The role is a consultative, billable position measured on service satisfaction and account utilization. This role can be based anywhere in the United States.

 What will my role entail?

You will have the opportunity to learn and work with the latest Microsoft solutions and will work with your team to manage assigned client responsibilities working remotely. In addition, flexibility in your schedule to assist your assigned clients outside of normal business hours during emergencies is expected. 

  • Assist in the reporting and tracking of resource programs and utilization
  • Set up meetings and prepares and distributes meeting minutes
  • Edit presentations and Ops Reviews
  • Publish all program status reports, meeting minutes and metrics
  • Support the management of the day-to-day execution of assigned programs and scope, including change control, risks, action items, issues and decisions
  • Effectively communicate relevant program information to the program team
  • Ensure program documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
  • Compile metrics relating to IT program success, program attributes, individual productivity and adherence to defined processes
  • Track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure program goals and objectives are met
  • Provide administrative support to program managers and program leaders. Ensures program control systems are in place and integrates program data for decision makers.

What’s required?

  • 1-3 years client program/process coordination experience
  • Passion to delight the customer and provide amazing customer-service
  • Experience working with business decision-makers
  • Experience and ability to deescalate potentially tense client situations
  • The ability to bring creative ideas to the Quisitive team and the tenacity to execute them.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to seek out underlying assumptions through probing, questioning, and listening
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to listen attentively and to clearly and effectively communicate information
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at all levels of the company
  • Approachable and open
  • Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in responding to phone calls and emails
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team, facilitate effective team interactions, and to foster a positive work environment; willingness to assist teammates in order to achieve departmental goals
  • Demonstrated strengths in organization, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to support the management of multiple programs, meet deadlines, and appropriately adjust priorities in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames; self-starter with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through
  • Become Familiar with Microsoft technology such as Azure, Office 365 or other Microsoft Platforms such as: Teams, SharePoint, SQL, System Center, etc.

What would set me apart?

  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology such as Azure, Office 365, Teams, or other Microsoft Platforms such as: SharePoint, SQL, System Center, etc…
  • Business Analysis experience supporting client initiatives
  • Resource and process coordination experience with internal teams
  • CAPM, ACP, SCM, PSM, or PMP certification
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
