It is a very exciting time of growth for our Customer Excellence team, and we are currently hiring a Sage Intacct Project Manager to manage Sage Intacct implementations for our customers.

This role can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, Tampa, Ottawa or Toronto.

What will my role be?

As a Sage Intacct Project Manager you will:

• Plan, organize and manage the implementation of Sage Intacct accounting solutions for clients from start to finish. This will include defining, tracking and communicating incremental release objectives and milestones and guiding teams to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to effectively build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, and achieve consensus on the impact of changes to team priorities, scope and schedules
• Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications
• Monitor, review, and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues in a timely manner, and actively look for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness
• Ensure project artifacts are complete, current, and appropriately catalogued
• Be a team leader who effectively integrates, motivates and builds relationships with cross-functional team members (local or remote), sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved
• Manage multiple Sage Intacct projects simultaneously

What's required?

• 3-5 years of experience managing Sage Intacct implementations and an understanding of Sage Intacct project flows.
• Experience managing projects and relationships remotely within a distributed team
• ​1-2 years’ experience conducting and leading stakeholder meetings/workshops, managing expectations, and driving external timelines
• A customer service mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team, facilitate effective team interactions, and to foster a positive work environment; willingness to assist teammates in order to achieve goals
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet; familiarity with project lifecycle applications such as JIRA

What would set me apart?

• Previous consulting experience in a customer-facing role and strong business acumen
• One or more Project Management certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, PMI-ACP
