QVC is Hiring an Executive Talent Acquisition Lead Near West Chester, PA

The OpportunityReporting to the VP of Talent Management, the Executive Talent Acquisition Lead will help to design and build our talent acquisition strategy for executive roles (Director, VP, SVP, EVP) across QRG’s diverse portfolio of brands.
As the leader of this new function, you and your team will be responsible for uncovering, nurturing and acquiring top-tier leadership talent for QRG by facilitating a best-in-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset and possess a proven track record of building diverse talent maps and succession pipelines.

Your ImpactStrategy & Leadership
  • Lead the strategic direction of our executive talent acquisition function and help build the future of hiring for critical senior leadership roles.
  • Stay at the forefront of executive industry trends and market developments, providing strategic insights and market intelligence to reshape direction and priorities as appropriate.
  • Manage and oversee the Executive Talent Acquisition team while partnering with functional leaders to drive strategic talent management initiatives.
  • Leverage proven search firm experience to develop a best-in-class executive search practice focused on providing an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Drive and lead continuous improvement in the executive talent acquisition function’s processes and outcomes.
Executive Recruitment
  • Provide a white-glove service experience to senior leaders in sourcing, engaging, and recruiting future leaders of the company, with a focus on diversity.
  • Provide a high-touch, thorough, top-notch candidate experience for both internal and external candidates.
  • Assess candidates to ensure company compatibility, qualification match, and cultural fit.
  • Lead C-level client meetings and communications on search progress and candidate engagement techniques.
  • Design and negotiate complex compensation packages and close offers with executive candidates leveraging the expertise and partnership of our Executive Compensation team.
  • Design and support the executive candidate onboarding and transition processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on recruitment activities and progress for key stakeholders
Executive Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
  • Drive strategic conversations with business partners around sourcing and hiring strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with Organizational Development to maintain a pulse on internal talent pipelines and succession opportunities that will promote internal talent mobility.
  • Conduct research and build out talent networks to develop a map of targeted talent, companies, and geographies based on role types and business priorities.
  • Source active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods including, but not limited to, employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools.
  • Developing prospects for both open and opportunistic openings, assessing and screening, and making recommendations to leadership
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8 years of executive recruiting experience from having spent time in both executive search firms and corporate executive recruiting functions combined with demonstrated success leading and developing teams.
  • Retained search experience supporting C-Suite searches.
  • Results driven execution of talent acquisition and search strategies.
  • Agile leader with expert knowledge of executive search market practices including hiring for both US- and internationally based management positions.
  • Motivates and empowers others to perform while demonstrating and championing the QRG Leadership Competency model.
  • Highly consultative approach with the ability to effectively navigate through complex hiring decisions, working across multiple functional areas and brands/markets.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data as well as communicate market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, partner, and build effective working relationships with internal partners in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Highly organized, process- driven and detail orientated with superior prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Workday) and relevant systems as well as data analytics tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
For New York City based roles only: The annual gross base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $172,500. Salary ranges are general guideline only, and actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location as well as business and market conditions.
