*Qualifications

Required to complete provided training to earn State License

Previous experience in a customer service or sales is a plus

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ambitious and goal oriented

Confident in working with computer systems and software applications

Ability to work independently and as a team

*Responsibilities

Effectively provide and offer accurate information/benefits to customers

Assist with sales by promoting company products and services

Perform data entry with accurate information, qualifying and necessary documentations

Provide and communicate with exceptional customer service and assist customers in a professional manner

Meet and exceed targets and company expectations
Adhere to company guidelines, policies and expectations.
