Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing position at R&D Batteries, Inc. The Sales and Marketing candidate will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management. The candidate will work collaboratively with the sales team to generate new leads, build relationships with customers, provide product knowledge and support, and develop marketing strategies to promote R&D Batteries products.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proven experience in sales and sales management is a plus
• Ability to provide training and support to customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the battery industry or medical equipment sales is a plus

We understand commission sales can be tough, so our sales team is paid hourly with commission bonus based off monthly sales tiers.
