Overview:

We are seeking a Dispatch Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly computer literate and detail orientated. They will work with dispatch and scheduling team to schedule and dispatch for lumber yard and building component manufacturer in Belvidere, IL. Provide assistance in various areas such as phone systems, data entry, and support for supply chain and transportation planning. This position requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Assist with phone systems and provide support for internal and external communications
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support supply chain operations including fleet management and transportation planning

- Reviewing documents for accuracy

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- Experience with Bistrack, or similar systems is a plus
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and fleet management
- Familiarity with transportation planning and logistics
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Experience in construction industry is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
