Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and offering personalized solutions.

Sales Generation: Generate new business by identifying sales opportunities, presenting insurance products, and closing deals.

Policy Maintenance: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with colleagues in different departments to provide seamless service to clients and address their needs effectively.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities for reporting and compliance purposes.

Requirements

Licensing: State insurance license required. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate sales and meet targets. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
