Overview

We are seeking experienced Master Maintenance Mechanics to join our team at our facility located in Hanover, PA, 17331. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems, troubleshooting skills, and experience in creating preventive maintenance plans. Responsibilities

• Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair issues with industrial automation equipment
• Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Program PLC systems to optimize equipment performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot CNC machines, HVAC systems, and heavy equipment to maintain operational functionality
• Perform facilities maintenance tasks to upkeep the overall condition of the facility

Qualifications

• Experience working with Allen Bradley, Fanuc, and Siemens PLC systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in PLC programming and wiring
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a maintenance role
• Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial automation equipment
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, heavy equipment repair, and facilities maintenance
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Shifts

1st- Monday-Friday 6am-2pm core hours OT

2nd Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm core hours OT

3rd Sunday-Thrusday 10pm-6am core hours OT

Weekend Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm core hours OT
