R.J. Woodworking is a small but rapidly growing wood and plastic parts and furniture manufacturer. We produce a wide range of products that keep our time at work interesting and engaging. As we grow, we are looking for team members that want to grow with us.

We are currently looking for a full time CNC operator with experience running flat bed CNCs for wood products, plastics, and solid surface materials.

CNC Router experience with G code is preferred.

Leadership experience is a plus.

Typical operator duties:

• Load and unload machine
• Setup tools
• Load programs
• Measure parts for quality check
• Log into all jobs using an ERP system
• Clean and maintain tools/area

Skills Required:

• Understand a 3D concept from a 2D drawing
• Able to read manufacturing prints
• General knowledge of manufacturing
• Know how to read/use a tape measure and calipers
• An aptitude for creative solutions to workflow and organization
• Ability to lift 50lb
• Respect to fellow co-workers

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
