We are a community-oriented physical therapy center and our office is looking for an organized, dependable, responsible full-time administrative assistant to provide exceptional customer service to our patients.

Requirements

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service/Satisfaction
• Building Patient Cases in T.O.
• Scheduling Patients and combing through call list
• Verifying Patients Insurance when directed by the Office Manager
• Work with billing department
• Tracking and submitting for authorizations
•  Tracking and submitting Sign POC’s
• Medicare Tracking
• Collecting Co-Pays, Coinsurance, and Deductibles
