Job Title: General Manager

As the General Manager of our box factory, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at every step. You will lead a dedicated team of production staff, supervisors, and administrative personnel to achieve operational excellence and meet production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Direct and manage daily operations of the factory to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the factory to achieve profitability targets.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to meet customer expectations and industry regulations.
• Team Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Customer Relations: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and ensure timely delivery of products that exceed expectations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5 years) in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting processes.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
