Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

• Maintain accurate financial records, record transactions, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts
• Assist in preparing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Analyze past financial data and trends to support the budgeting process and forecast future financial performance
• Conduct variance analysis, assess the financial impact of decisions, and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:

• B.S. Accounting or other related field
