Position Summary:
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of all skilled and exempt open positions for The Hanline Group.
Responsibilities:
- Identify recruitment needs and sourcing the best applicants to fill open positions
- Preparing and posting job descriptions to online job boards
- Analyzing existing talent acquisition procedures and developing new, more efficient methods of sourcing candidates
- Creating and maintaining talent pipelines
- Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential hires (phone, email, virtual, and in person)
- Preparation and attendance to career fairs
- Complete reference checks and background checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring needs (Job description, intake call, interview feedback, etc)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
