Position Summary:
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of all skilled and exempt open positions for The Hanline Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify recruitment needs and sourcing the best applicants to fill open positions
  • Preparing and posting job descriptions to online job boards
  • Analyzing existing talent acquisition procedures and developing new, more efficient methods of sourcing candidates
  • Creating and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential hires (phone, email, virtual, and in person)
  • Preparation and attendance to career fairs
  • Complete reference checks and background checks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring needs (Job description, intake call, interview feedback, etc)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
