You must have 3-5 years of litigation experience, as well as strong legal writing, legal research, and client management skills. Experience with MDLs and mass torts/class actions a plus. A strong litigation skill set and a desire to be actively involved with all aspects of discovery and work with clients and experts is a must.
Note that the cases are high profile and all across the US. Some travel will be required. Since this is a new office, you will have the opportunity to have an impact with creating processes and procedures for the office.
