Position Overview:
R Wireless is seeking a motivated and dynamic Manager of Training and Sales Operations to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies, and driving the professional growth of our frontline employees. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Director of Sales and Chief Operating Officer to ensure that our team is well-equipped to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive training content and programs tailored to the needs of our sales teams.
Travel to various store locations to conduct in-person training sessions, assess operational processes, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Chief Operating Officer to design strategies that support employee development and operational excellence.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure high levels of engagement and knowledge retention.
Foster a positive and motivating training environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and training needs, and provide actionable insights to enhance team productivity.
Act as a mentor and coach to frontline employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a training or sales operations role, preferably within the retail or wireless industry (wireless experience is a plus but not required).
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Dynamic and self-motivated individual with a track record of motivating others and driving results.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time to various store locations.
Proficiency in using training tools and software to develop and deliver training content.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training and Development, or a related field is preferred.
