Real Estate Asset Manager

R2 Companies, a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Asset Manager. Working closely with the ownership and property management, the Asset Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and managing strategies for assigned assets.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain current, real-time Argus files for all active investments.

· Manage valuation and cash flow models to deliver current returns and investment waterfalls for strategic decision-making.

· Assist in the development, review, and management of business plans for all assets.

· Develop, measure, and refine strategies based on market conditions to maximize investment value and performance, communicating recommendations to the senior team.

· Assist in creating and maintaining critical portfolio tracking tools and models.

· Track leasing, tenant improvement, and capex actual versus budget to ensure projections are met or exceeded.

· Review proposed lease economics and structures against business plan, market and feasibility.

· Work with lenders on both loan terms and individual lease and development opportunities.

· Manage loan compliance process and reporting for assigned assets.

· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly reporting by working closely with the property team.

· Manage the abstracting of leases, loans, and operating/JV agreements to identify key provisions and dates.

· Actively participate in the due diligence process for acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations.

· Work with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition for all new acquisitions.

· Develop and implement operating and capital budgets across all investments.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Real Estate, Finance, or Business degree preferred.

Demonstrated experience in commercial office Asset Management

Highly motivated and results-driven.

Mastery of Argus and financial modeling

Pay: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
