As a Salesforce Developer, working on the development & maintenance of their ongoing CRM implementation, you will spend your time focussing on building momentum in a motivated team, facilitating an environment where individuals and teams can make an impact, and concentrating the teams around what is most important to deliver in the products and services.

The opportunity:

• Designing and implementing lean and efficient practices across Development, UX, and DevOps working with other management peers.
• Maintaining high level delivery plans for product development and identifying cross team dependencies to help ensure effective delivery.
• Provide expertise and Subject Matter knowledge to the business where required.
• Establishing metrics to drive a healthy, performant engineering culture and using data to drive recommendations or decisions.
• Identifying and removing impediments to delivery with stakeholders.
• Ensuring relevant documentation is maintained.
• Tech Stack: Apex, Flows, Visualforce, API Integrations, SOQL.

You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

• Understanding of Salesforce technologies including Apex, Flows, Visualforce.
• Ability to challenge key stakeholders and provide guidance and expertise.
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum teams is desired.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Salesforce Certifications desired. (e.g. Salesforce Developer I or II).
