We are hiring a Senior Risk Management Specialist for a large financial services company who are an absolute staple in the industry to join their growing team ahead of another year of fantastic projects.

Candidates must be open to working 3 days a week on site in the company's office located in Downtown Chicago.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit departments.
• Lead IT and Security risk identification and assessment processes.
• Ensure adherence to risk assessment frameworks and standards.
• Generate reports for stakeholders and automate risk oversight.
• Communicate risk assessment results to governance committees and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Advanced understanding of IT and Security risk, intermediate understanding of Operational risk.
• 5 years of experience in enterprise risk, technology risk, security risk, or risk consultancy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with eGRC systems (e.g., Archer).
