RA & Associates, a Personal Injury Law Firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a Quality Control Specialist ("QC") to join our team.

Duties:
- Listening to voice recordings from Intake Representatives to confirm compliance with firm guidelines.
- QC assures that all data is entered accurately in CRM (CasePeer) and Digital Files
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control reviews.
- Identify any errors or discrepancies and work with Intake Department to resolve issues.
