**Operations Manager - Rabb Corrugated**

**Position Summary:**

The Operations Manager at Rabb Corrugated will oversee all manufacturing supervisors, fostering a culture prioritizing Safety, Quality, and Productivity. This role employs methodologies like Value Stream Mapping, Lean Six-Sigma problem-solving, set-up time reduction techniques, and more. Essential knowledge includes OSHA safety regulations and ISO quality processes. The role also demands strong project management and organizational skills for coordinating capital investment projects with local plant management and implementing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance techniques. Experience in corrugated manufacturing is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Safety and Compliance:**

- Promote a safe work environment.

- Ensure OSHA compliance.

- Identify and correct unsafe behaviors.

2. **Productivity Improvement:**

- Establish and monitor critical productivity measurements.

- Provide routine feedback to supervisors and shop floor associates.

3. **Lean Manufacturing Implementation:**

- Plan and implement Lean methodologies.

- Consistently measure progress and provide regular feedback.

4. **Project Management:**

- Manage key projects, including status reporting and spending control.

- Recommend and coordinate the purchase and sale of capital equipment.

- Assist in writing plant-level Requests for Capital (RFC).

5. **Training and Development:**

- Coordinate Lean Techniques training for key individuals.

- Train maintenance personnel on CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) usage.

6. **Preventive and Predictive Maintenance:**

- Implement and lead preventive maintenance strategies.

- Develop predictive maintenance techniques.

7. **Waste Management:**

- Measure, analyze, and improve plant controllable waste.

8. **Audit and Compliance:**

- Implement an annual safety audit process in collaboration with a third-party auditor.

- Lead operational excellence initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity.

**Education and Certification:**

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
