Key Roles and Responsibilities: Designs, prototypes and develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements to both communicate and move a user efficiently and effortlessly through tasks and experiences. Analyzes strategy and contributes to the design groups efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organizations digital offerings. Designs and/or customizes comprehensive Web sites through the use of internet/Web technology. Determines optimal layout, media, and technology to be employed, based on client information and requirements. Maintains security and documentation standards, including quality and accuracy. Has solid general knowledge of UX design principles and can independently manage multiple projects. Responsible for applying those levels of knowledge and professional experience to the development of AT&T design processes, roles and resources. Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Intermediate-level, real-world experience in design (5-8 years) with working knowledge of managing projects independently.
