Human Resources Coordinator

RACCAR Automotive, a family-owned and operated Highline Automotive dealership seeks a self-motivated, entry-level HR Coordinator. Our entire team is top-notch, and all strive to make every experience at our stores enjoyable for everyone. Responsibilities:

  • Administer full employee lifecycle changes including employee onboarding, job changes, and terminations.
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Act as a trusted advisor on benefits and company policies and procedures.

  • Administer full employee lifecycle changes in our HRIS
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, E-Verify reporting, and maintains compliance.
  • Assist with pre-employment background checks, drug screening and reference checks.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system.
  • Administer benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
  • Process verifications of employment.
  • Maintains electronic files for new hires, active and terminated employees.
  • Ability to be efficient, maintain poise and professionalism in high pressure situations

Qualifications:

  • 2 years HR Coordinator experience REQUIRED
  • Working knowledge of human resources principles, practice and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience and HRIS, UKG experience a plus
  • Must maturely and discreetly handle highly confidential/sensitive Human Resource information
  • Must be results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
