Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary liaison to clients, and maintain weekly communications on project status.
• Communicating job related information to field operations, engineers, operations manager, sales partners, and support staff
• Procuring and scheduling material deliveries and installations
• Scheduling installers, inspectors, subcontractors, other trades (when necessary)
• Communicate effectively with installers and subcontractors
• Captain roles (Inspections, Weather, Installer Check-in)
• Manage all job-related tasks using our project management software.
• Review Structural and Electrical engineering plans for accuracy and code compliance, prior to permitting.
• Review BOM and check against plans and value engineering material list for any errors
• Oversee permitting process, ensuring approvals in a timely manner
• Oversee Asst. Project Manager and delegate tasks, when needed
• Responsible for all aspects of Change Management: Includes changes to the project scope, costs, timeline, etc...
• Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
• Highly organized and thorough
• Works well under pressure and time constraints
• Strong Follow up and Communication skills
• Ability to manage their time effectively without direct supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
