Position Overview:
As our Territory Sales Manager, you'll be the face of RAD Cannabis in your zone. Your mission? Drive sales, build killer relationships with dispensaries and retail partners, and spread the RAD vibe everywhere you go. If you're a cannabis connoisseur with a knack for sales and a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences, you’re our kind of people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a RAD sales strategy to crush your targets and expand our footprint.
  • Build and nurture epic relationships with dispensaries, retail partners, and other key players.
  • Scout new business opportunities and grow our customer base in your territory.
  • Show off our products with slick presentations, demos, and training sessions.
  • Keep an eye on market trends, spy on competitors, and gather customer feedback to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Team up with our marketing crew to create awesome promo materials and campaigns.
  • Report on your sales activities, performance, and market insights with flair.
  • Stay on top of all relevant regulations and make sure we're always playing by the rules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field? Cool, but not a deal-breaker.
  • Proven sales experience, especially in the cannabis game? Big plus.
  • Deep knowledge of the cannabis market and regulations.
  • Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and keep strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable ride.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
