This is a remote position.
We are seeking dedicated sports enthusiasts to book unforgettable athletic travel experiences. Our mission is to deliver exceptional travel planning services, meticulously tailored to the needs of sports teams, athletes, and fans attending events worldwide. With comprehensive training, certification, and a robust support team, you will be equipped with all the resources necessary to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Coordinate Travel: Organize travel arrangements for sports teams, individual athletes, and fans, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and event tickets.
  • Customize Itineraries: Create detailed and personalized travel itineraries that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel logistics, and the best travel options for sports events.
  • Book Travel Services: Use industry-leading booking platforms to secure reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services.
  • Ensure Smooth Travel Experiences: Monitor travel arrangements, provide timely updates, and handle any issues or changes that may arise during the travel process.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and service providers.
  • Market Services: Promote and market travel services to potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking, and partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Passion for Sports and Travel: A strong interest in sports and a passion for travel.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and travel arrangements simultaneously.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to promote and sell travel packages and services.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in using booking software, CRM systems, and general computer applications.
  • Customer Service: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Requirements:
