Required Skills
Experience in Planview Enterprise 1 or similar Portfolio and Project Management tools is required.
Experience in Azure DevOps or any Agile Project Management tools is required.
Certified Project Manager by PMI or VITA PM certification is required.
Experience in Laboratory Information Management System is highly desired.
Experience working as a Project Manager in a Commonwealth of Virginia Executive Branch Agency(ies)

Client is looking for a well experienced, detail-oriented, process driven, organized senior Project Manager to manage a large-scale technology project with our Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services.
Client is looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven, organized senior IT Project Manager to manage a large-scale IT project in support of the Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services (DCLS) within client. This resource will be responsible for overseeing implementation of the clinical and environment laboratory information management system(s) (LIMS) , ensuring project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, create and maintain documentation, provide RFP input, plan project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
