Our private dental practice in New Port Richey Florida, is looking for a Full-Time Dental Receptionist, who believes in providing, Extraordinary Customer Service, and is passionate about what they do.

Job Overview

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Collect and update patient information in Open Dental software
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a dental office
- Strong computer
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Open Dental
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Our working hours are Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm, and Friday 8am to 12pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 – 36 per week
