* This position operates under a Hybrid work model - 3 days per week at home; 2 days per week in office. (Subject to change) Initial Training may be held in-office. 6 month role with no extension.

Description:

AR Analyst Responsibilities:

* Conducts unapplied cash research by validating customer payment history

* Communicates effectively with customers (via email and phone) to achieve resolution of unapplied cash within service level agreement (SLA)

* Participation in discovery; and drive of the implementation, of solutions to limit or prevent future creation of unapplied cash memos

* Build and maintain relationships with both external customers and internal teams

* Execute special projects as assigned by leadership

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.50 - $24.00 per hour
