We are in search of a friendly and detail-oriented full-time Office Manager who also holds a Certified Nursing Assistant or Geriatric Nursing Assistant certification. In this dual role, the successful candidate will enhance both our office functionality and caregiving operations, ensuring consistent and high-quality service and care for our clients.

- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Handle client inquiries and manage client scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing and other administrative duties as needed.
- Conduct orientation and training for new caregivers.
- Provide occasional hands-on care to clients and assist in caregiver skill assessments.
- Step in to perform caregiving duties in cases of staff shortages.
- Perform initial intake assessments for new clients.
- Develop care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Current CNA or GNA certification required.
- Proven experience in administrative roles in a healthcare setting, preferrably home care.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
