The Good Stuff:
- Competitive Pay: $23.00-25.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8hr shi

Experience Needed:
- Scheduling and Progressing Installs/Digs Daily
- Empathetically Communicating with Customers on a daily basis
- Updating Customers in the queue multiple times per week
- Finding creative ways to complete jobs in the fastest way possible
- Continuously working to get completed revenue goal met
- Scheduling inspections, downloading pictures and engineer letters
- Ensuring jobs are collected on after 1st, 2nd and 3rd phases
- Checking notes in the job with basic understanding of drain jobs, and ensuring next steps are taken at each progress point
- Closing out projects with appropriate tags and pay
- Tracking every step of the jobs from start to finish
- Work through project issues with customers/management/salesmen in a timely manner
- Work with other depts to ensure proper completion of jobs
- Refunds and negative tasks/task removal and relocation
