Hiring Call Center Sales Associate!
Our company is one of the top water purification companies in the North East! Not familiar with water purification? We install our systems to provide purified water to all corners of our customers households. Not only does this ensure safe drinking water, it also improves hair, skin, nails, prevents soap scum, and prevents harsh minerals affecting your laundry. Our company provides all aspects of the financing, sales, and installation for clients.
We are currently looking for a full time, reliable, and friendly candidate to join our team as a Call Center Sales Associate. In this role you will be in constant communication with our customers to ensure every aspect of their purchasing and installation process goes smoothly. You will also be answering calls and emails to assist with any customer issues, provide quotes and information for potential customers, and setting them up for an appointment with one of our sales consultants to learn more about what we have to offer.
Benefits:

• Hourly rate of $18 an hour, plus $100 per sale closed
• 40 hour work week

Daily Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails to assist with any potential or current customer issues and questions
• Set appointments for customers inquiring about our water purification services
• Problem solve to handle customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Assist with basic administrative duties
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications Required:

• 3 years of call center/customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to work in office in Newark, Delaware area
• Must be organized and detail orientated
• Should be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
