Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $75,000-$120,000 (Salary Bonuses)

Compensation: $75,000-$120,000 (Salary Bonuses)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technicians to draft estimates post-vehicle teardown
- Ensure adherence to OEM repair procedures
- Effectively communicate with the parts department to address any issues
- Work closely with production management to oversee timely repairs
- Conduct meetings with external field adjusters to discuss repair plans
- Coordinate with fellow estimators on sublet work and estimated completion dates
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Over 5 years of experience as an Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software (Audatex, CCC ONE, Mitchell)
- Preferred certifications such as ASE or I-CAR are advantageous
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation
- Capability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to operate computer hardware/software
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Basic computer proficiency
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
