Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to inspect, troubleshoot, and service water treatment systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of water treatment equipment
- Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their systems
- Document service activities, including findings and recommendations, accurately and promptly
- Deliver salt for water treatment systems
- Changing filters on residential water treatment systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- A valid driver's license. (REQUIRED)
- Starting pay: $20 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Commission structure in addition to base pay
