Radiant Smiles II & V is Hiring a Lead Dental Treatment Coordinator Near Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Dental Office Treatment Coordinator. As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of patient treatment plans, managing patient scheduling, and providing excellent customer service. You will serve as the liaison between patients, dentists, and insurance providers to ensure all aspects of treatment plans are communicated effectively and executed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for treatments and follow-ups
  • Communicate treatment plans, costs, and financial options to patients in a clear and concise manner
  • Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Assist with patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with dental team members to optimize patient care and satisfaction
  • Manage patient billing and payment processing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred
  • Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Denticon)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Knowledge of dental insurance processes and terminology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 40 per week
