Position Overview:
As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and insight into various aspects of human resources.
This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and events.
• Help address employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to HR managers as needed.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
• Support the implementation of employee development plans and performance management processes.
• Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed.
• Participate in special HR projects as assigned, such as conducting research on industry best practices or assisting with HR analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and systems.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
• Passion for the fragrance industry and a desire to learn about HR practices specific to this sector.
