Qualifications:
Excellent client and phone service skills
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and laboratory principal's pre-analytical, analytic and post-analytic influences on specimens and results Intermediate level of computer literacy.
Accurate data entry skills
Direct point of contact for couriers for shipping, tracking, receiving, and reporting concerns related to inbound and outbound supply shipments.
Responsible for the tracking and follow up of all 3PL sample shipments and shipments.
Responsible for reviewing and reporting of daily supply order delays to the Project Management and/or designee.
Participates to Courier operational meetings and reports to Senior Level/Team Lead/Manager any issue or concern regarding courier operations.
Supports the site services logistics coordinators.
